Toddler Teasers Words

Words is a phonetic word game designed to help your toddler learn to read.

Teaching letters phonetically is widely believed to be most effective when learning to read and is used in many popular learning to read curriculums. Each answer in the game, whether correct or not, is pronounced phonetically to teach your toddler to sound out words and break them down letter by letter.

To encourage your child to continue playing, Words gives two types of rewards. For each correct answer a star is given. If it was answered correctly on the first try, you get a full star. Otherwise, you get a half star. The app also rewards kids with stickers they can place on their own sticker page.
